Milestones Adult Day Health Center serves physically and/or psychologically challenged adults by providing a nurturing environment specifically designed to provide opportunities that assist an individual in achieving maximum levels of independence.

Your donation makes a positive difference by:

Assisting a challenged adult to remain independent and living within the community
Keeping family units intact by supporting caregivers
Reducing the overall cost of long-term care by supporting an affordable alternative

Adult Day Services are billed on a sliding contribution scale, based on ability to pay.
